Worse ever Mcdonald's

Mcdonald's Okavango never disappoints, I don't who is working there. Clearly cannot follow instructions on a order, you put in notes and order still not what you asked for. I ordered a happy meal for my son, he likes Jalapeno Sauce, but got Sweet n Sour which he doesn't eat, asked for a book and once again got a toy. Nuggets a bit overcooked again. After ordering so many times from this branch it is my time. Manager called and all that was said, put it in the notes as well?? Can you team not follow simple orders? Then to be told she will speak to them...well still same issue cannot follow delivery orders.
