Worse customer service ever

McDonald Jackals creek, sent my Husband to reedem a product using my points from the McDonald's app confirm before reedeming they said they only need M code after it was processed then Tinyiko decided to tell him that he is not allowed to reedem on my behalf then she canceled the order told me points will come back tomorrow just like that, went there to reason with them guess customers do not matter to them after inconvenience of the app they created for customers to use so disappointed in the lack of customer service and attitude that unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you after using the app and supporting them that the treatment i get can't wait to finish the stupid points and delete the app any is not as if they care Goodluck if you haven't used the app
