Worse customer service

<p>I ordered nuggets on drive through, on the collection window I was ordered to go, park and wait for my order. I waited there watching the staff bickering with each other on their own issues. I told them I'm in a hurry and refused to go looking for parking. First the approach was unacceptable and I overheard one staff member saying " what did she say ". Instead of preparing my order, two peeped through the window and a 3rd walked outside engaging other drivers that I am causing a problem. That lead to a scene and altercation with one of the drivers. I find this type of behavior & service intolerable. Why do you sell food on drive through if you cannot provide? Is it how your staff is supposed to behave by shifting their incompetence and causing fights amongst your clients.</p>
