WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

What a disgusting service I got at Mcdonalds Southgate! Nthabi, Mpho and their floor manager or supervisor spoilt my day, I drove there to get an ice cream. I wished I did not passed KFC if I knew what I was getting myself into. I had to fight for a service. I kept on saying 'excuse me' no body bothered to assist me, until I shouted. My partner was sitting down waiting for me, he had to come and check why I was taking so long. Everyone there was doing their own things. Maybe I was not supposed to use the machine to place an order. I had my receipt to show that bought something. My order number was not showning on the screen whether they were preparing my order or I had to collect it. The lady who was wearing a Mcdonalds grey t-shirt couldn't bothered as well, she just looked at me and gave me her back. I even asked am I invisible to get assistance. After waiting for more than 10minutes Nthabi decided to gave me my order from the machine. I asked her that I need to redeem a 3rd ice cream, she tells me that she need to asssist other people who came after me. I was like I came first why you not finish assisting me first before you assist them. She asked her collegue Mpho to assist me, guess what? Mpho was like what do you want standing there by the inside counter, preparing chips. I told her that I need to use my points for another ice cream. I had to wait for Nthabi who continued serving the two customers who were behind me. The 3rd ice cream was not mixed, oreos were poured on top. I could not eat it, it was I came there to buy a cup of oreos. I left it there and I was also upset with myself for wasting my petrol for such service. I wonder if triang was provided because wow!
