Worrying Customer Service

I went into Mcdonalds Muizenberg last night. Another customer came in to speak to the staff about something the lady who works the microphone did. She was rude to him and walked away while he was speaking to her. Now the customer walked in from the drive through section to confront the lady who had been rude to him. She apologised and the customer explained that the service was unacceptable. he then left. I however was still waiting for my food when the lady who just apologized for her rudeness started swearing infront of us. She called the man crazy and J@s and said that she isnt scared of him. Agreed, the customer was also rude but this is no way for the staff t react and talk in front of other customers. I bought a house in the area and now am very disappointed to know that the closest mcdonalds to me, probably has the worst service imaginable. I suggest training to help staff deal with difficult situations and maybe having a manager on duty at all times to deal with things like this. Its really unprofessional!
