Worm in Burger

Ordered a Mc Feast Deluxe burger at the Mount Edgecombe branch. Waited close to 45 minutes to order and get my meals. After eating half of my burger I had found a worm in my meal. That certainly was not there when I first starting eating which can only mean that it had come from within the burger. We complained to the manager on duty who had the most blank look on her face and did not even apologize. We asked for a refund on my meal and was asked to write why. The manager was not helpful in any way and kept walking away when I expressed my disappointment. We was also asked to return the fries that went with my meal. The worm was alive which means that Mac Donald's did not check their produce before preparing the meals. This is Unacceptable as I am not only paying for a meal but also for good standards.
