With respect i want my money for the mcflurries i did not recieved

Im very unhappy for the services i always got from kuriman macdonalds restaurant but i never complained cause we are all humal and make mistakes but it can not always be one mistake over and over orders are always wrong or they just don't give u way u paid for so last note 31/08/2024 around 20H30 i did put in a order order number was *** waited a hour before i received my order .......and guess wat did not received all my goodies the oreo mcflurry that i order 2 of them was not in my order they did not even call me back to apologies to say that they make a mistake and that they will rectify it nothing R80 is not alot but someone can not just give it away just like that they contact number does not work that was listed on the google for kuruman branch ........when i asked why did they took so long i was told about the car battery that does not work haibo this is really bad services and i need by cash back for my mcflurries or i need it like in yesterday ......always when we order at the drive thru inside when we left the branch always find that order is not complete and leave it cause maybe its a mistake but i say no its wrong and its bad service
