With a 2 hours+ noticed McDonald's Failed to be on time

I placed an order around 10:30 today for delivery at 12:45. I tracked my order at 12:36 and noticed that the status was only "order received" So I called and I was told that the order was received and will be delivered in 7 minutes. I said I am worried about the order because the status does not show in progress. I called at 12:47 when we did not get the order. Again they called the store and they said the order is out for delivery. (Which was a lie) 12:58 - Status on website "In Progress" 13:02 - Receive an email that the order is "In Transit" 13:18 - Order received
