Winning a Theme Park Ticket - FALSE!!!!!

On the 4th of May 2015 I received a voucher when purchasing a Big Mac meal. Inside it told me I had won a theme park ticket.<br> <br> I followed the instructions on the voucher and received an email form McDonalds with forms attached to fill in. This email stated \Please allow approximately 5 working days to process your request."The forms requested that I give 3 theme parks or days out and 3 different dates. I filled in these forms and sent them back the same day. <br> <br> On the 12th of May I had received nothing so I emailed to query as to why I have not received an update. They did not have the courtesy to reply. I then sent a second follow up email on the 22nd May expressing my disappointment and frustration at being ignored. Today is 9th June 2015 and I have heard nothing!!! <br> <br> Never mind the fact that the dates I provided on the form have passed"
