I am sitting at McDonalds Rosebank branch Johannesburg. If anyone wants to learn about customer service, visit Winnie at this branch. She is outstanding. People are responding to her as if she's family. From the entrance at the doorway to assisting at the online desk to facilitating orders ready for collection right up to exiting lolololol....she is brilliant.
