Wilted and dry Salad

Good day. I bought a salad at the above mentioned company and i was given a dry, dull salad with not evens cucumbers in and 4 cherry tomatoes in the salad with a small not evens chicken fillet that was soo rubbery. I went to the manager and she said that is how the salad supposed to look i work in the hospitality industry and it didn't even look appealing. With lettuce leaves at the bottom that was wilted. DISGUSTING
