Will NEVER order at Mcdonalds again.

On 12/09/2022 while at Cbd of East London made an error of going to Mcdonalds to order via their drive through service and ordered 2 Reg Big Boerie burgers. After waiting for quite some time the orders come through and to my surprise upon checking the contents I see that all that is in my burger is a patty...nothing else... I go to check the picture which displays the order thinking something must be wrong because there is no way this is what I ordered.After confirming I walk back inside with my order to enquire and receive the answer of "the onions were not ready so I did not put them in"...without a care this was the reply an employee of mcdonalds gave...never again will you see me at any mcdonalds.
