Will mac Donald's ever change?

I ordered a big Mac meal. Coke no ice. And a chocolate caramel macflury Not only was my order late. I had ice in my coke and a complete different Mac flurry. As well as the delivery guy had an attitude because I forgot to give him 90 cents. This is not the first time this has happened.
