Why does your staff eat breakfast when they should be working??)???

This morning, I went to McDonald's, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town for breakfast, (order number: 3212, I walked in & placed my order at 1 of the terminals, (by the way, what happened to the tents?), I went to sit down at 1 of the tables, to wait for my order to be brought to me, after about 10 minutes, (the restaurant wasn't busy at all), I was still waiting for my order, I went to the counter, the kitchen was empty, & everyone seemed to be hiding away, I looked & I saw 1 of the staff members, sitting down at 1 of the tables, eating breakfast, why?????, eventually, said staff member got up off her bum, & eventually came to get my order, which still wasn't ready yet, what the ****** hell is going on?????, this IS DEFINITELY NOT THE FIRST TIME I'M COMPLAINING ABOUT SAID MCDONALD'S, how do I rate you less than 0 stars?, hellopeter, please stop emailing me thanking me for a positive review, IT MOST DEFINITELY IS NOT A POSITIVE REVIEW, VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW
