Why does Uber eats get preference???

This is my second visit to McDonald's Plumstead today & this is the second time I'm complaining about this, why does Uber eats, etc, get preference at the counter?, this happened this morning & again a short while ago?, both times, I was very vocal about this, & all I got from the staff, including the "manager", more like a damager, "I'm sorry", this is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH, come right & please help YOUR customers, like myself, fairy, what utter bull**** to allow this practice, why wasn't my meal served to me on a tray this afternoon?, how do give you no stars?, I'M REALLY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL & VERY ****ED OFF
