Why do u only employ *********** staff??

Always get bad service at this branch. They will give u the wrong order or let u wait ridiculous times always. This branch is always the dirtiest of all I have ever seen. Today the teller range up closed the till and didn't even give my change. Then just walked off. 10 minutes later when I tell her she says I must now wait on the next transaction before she can fix change. Another 10 minutes, no change. At which time I demanded she get the manager because how long can she expect me to wait for a R4 change? The staff cannot think for themselves. It's really pathetic how *********** the staff are.
