Why Bother with Online

For two weeks now EVERYTHING on the online store is " temporarily unavailable" I have regularly ordered for the company from this app in the past, with great service. But now NO-One has been able to order anything, not even a Big Mac I tried to report this to the Head Office but the receptionist just keeps putting me through to the "Orders department", no matter how many times I have called or how I explain.

Firstly why bother having a online option if it never works Secondly, if the receptionist is the face of the company, this company is decidedly useless!

So much for moving with the times!
