Why bother having a delivery service?

I was extremely disappointed with the limitations to the delivery service for MacDonalds. Firslty I tried to register in the online system which is limited in terms of location options so I was unable to register. Secondly I called the closest one in Woodmead and was given the call center number. The call center answered the call after over 5 minutes of painful recorded messages asking the caller to use their online delivery system. Then I proceeded to give my details and was told that my address cannot be found in their system hence I cannot use the service. I live less than 6kms from it but delivery is not possible because my address is not in their database. I don't see the point of having the service if you cant service customers.
