WHY ADVERTISE SOMETHING IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT????

So we go to Mcdonalds in Lyndhurst,my son's face lights up because he sees the toy you are giving with the happy meal is Hot Wheels and he is crazy about Hot Wheels cars. We order and pay then get the food and toy and he gets a Scooby Doo hand? When i ask for the Hot Wheels car im told theres no stock,i asked for an IOU instead and we could pick up when they had stock hmmmm no response? Needless to say we left Mcdonalds with a crying child who refused to eat the Happy Meal and never wants to go to Mcdonalds again. Why advertise the Toys if you don't have stock that's my question?
