Where is the empathy?

In the early hours of this morning, I stood in the Drive-thru of McDonald's to buy food and while standing there, I had the sudden, urgent urge to use the bathroom. The security guard had just unlocked the door and exited from the main entrance. I asked him if it would be possible for me to come in and use the restrooms, as a paying customer and he told me that he was prohibited from doing so. I then continued through the Drive-thru and repeated my request, even begged, at the pay window and still to no avail. Instead, I was pointed to some bushes at the end of the parking lot and told to relieve myself there.
