Where is my points?

I am the regular customer for McDonald's Bruma Johannesburg. On 9th Aug 2023 at 5pm, i went to the Bruma branch to purchase meal for the whole family as usual,but what happened made me felt very disappointed and angry about their unprofessional service. The points are as below: - The stuff took away my accumulated points without any meal consuming, 5500 and 6500 seperately. They could not figure out how to operate my points but rep**** me that the owner of the Bruma store is not allowed any points to be redeemed. I asked them for the points refund but they told me that they did not know how to do it. I tried to call the owner's number but it was swiched off. - The stuff charged cold drink extra fee with the meal order with the excuses that the 0 sugar cold drink were all sold out. Actually the cold drink we purchased with the meal order are exactly sugar free. I need to know where the Bruma McDonal's hid my 12000 points and strongly request the headquater office to investigate the Bruma branch for possible..........
