What's normal?

I have emailed McDonald's head office directly but didn't get any answers from them. Instead they rep**** asked which branch and I got a call from the shift manager telling me this is normal. Would like to know how long one has to wait at the other branches for a takeaway purchased via the drive through if you are the only customer? My wait at the Shallcross branch is 10-15 minutes despite being the only one in the queue. In addition, they force me to move out of the drive through despite there being no one else in the queue and call that normal protocol.
