What's next ?!

Hi guys,

I've had repetitive problems with the McDonald's at Mountain Mill Shopping Centre Worcester western cape but, today was the last straw. Just after 19:00 I tried to enter the place but, was told "to please leave because we're closed" then the lady at the door put her arms out towards me as if she wants to force me out but before she could, I told her that I will leave. (the surveillance cameras should reveal the situation) I also took a video. Please help because McDonald's is actually my favorite takeaway.
