Whats going on with mc donalds

Im not satisfied with mc donalds service in somerset, 1st time i baught there i baught a salad, when i got home it was litteraly just lettuce, onion with pieces of drie short bread, second time i order trough uber eats , got the wrong sauce and no toy for my kids, 3 time witch was last night order burgers for myself and my fam and got paties on dry buns, thats it😔
