What is wrong with your service

<p>Every day now for the last 5 weeks myself and my collegue tried to order food from McDonald Woodmead - food to be delivered to us. The operator every day takes all our details telephone number confirming our details and then gives us the bad news that we cannot order from McDonalds Woodmead the either do not deliver or are off line because the have too many orders to fullfill. Over 5 weeks from 11h00 you want to tell me that they cannot serve their customers at all. Why do they show that they have a delivery service if they most of the time cannot deliver. What time suite McDonald Woodmead to deliver???? What is the problem? How do they make money????</p>
