What is this and why is it in my food??

I would like to share my disappointment in the stores service and quality of food received.

First question I got from my hubby when we opened our burger was: "What is this and why is it in my food"

He found a piece of plastic and some tissue or tissue paper underneath and on top of his burger patty, and not only that, it was dry and we did not receive our full order of our Share box.

I am very disappointed in the store!!
