What is the reason of not opening play area for our kids?

Yesterday around 14:00 I went to Mac D to get meals and ice creams for my two boys. While i wanted to wait on the queue i tried to open the glass door to a play area for my kids to play while we wait for food. Then there's a lady that I think she's a manager, because she was all over paper work in an area where kids should supposed to be eating in. She told me that kids area is not open and it doesn't operate.

We are back at level 1... Spur and other restaurants already opened kids area long time ago. I mean why have a play area if it won't be accessed for our kids.

Our children come to your restaurant because of the play area and toys.

I don't like the attitude she gave me and my kids, that lady was wearing all back kinda like and she was busy with paper work. Please fix your attitude before you ruin the brand of Macdonald's

I ended up not purchasing food instead I bought them ice creams.
