What is the point of a drive-thru, when the customers still need to go into the shop?

<p>Date: 11 january 2011</p> <p>Time: 14h00</p> <p>Mcdonalds in Voortrekker Road, is pathetic.</p> <p>Went through the drive though and was told they dont have change and i will need to wait.</p> <p>after nearly 10 minutes of waiting in the sweltering heat of y hot car, i eventually had to go in to the store, to ask for my change. I was told that they don't have change and that i have to wait. eventually I was given a handful of copper coins. ***??!!</p>
