What a shocking service!!!!!!!!

<p>What a shicking service I got at a drive through on early hours of the morning when I went to buy food. I was not only being attended by rude staff who slammed windows at me me when I requested to speak to a Manager, I did not even get my order. When we got to the drive through we attempted to place an order not only was the person taking our order lacked listening s****s she was shouting at us. When we demaded to speak to a Manager as we were not happy with the service, they gave us incorrect names and when I requested to see a name tag the guy I was talking to literally slammed the window on me. The level of disrespect I got, I stood there untill a lady wearing a grey uniform came through and tols us that we were disturbing their clients as if we are not paying. Why am I being served by people who do not have name tags, is is your policy top not let customer's speak to a Manager when they are not happy with the service. I will not even dwell on the fact that they were posing for pictures andsmilling there while I stood there like an idiot. i am really unhappy and I want this matter escalated immediately. That 1 star is only because I dont have a choice they dont deserve any rating from me.</p>
