What a Joke

Last night at 22:00 i went through the drive through at McDonald's hillcrest. I ordered 1x double cheese burger, 2x double chicken burgers, 2 small chips and 1x large creme soda. When I got to the collection window I was asked by the lady to wait in the parking lot for my food. I proceeded to wait in the parking and was left waiting in the parking for over 20 minutes. I then had to go inside and ask what was happening, all she said was \eish sorry". She then left the lady at the drive through window to try and sort out my order that was obviously forgotten about. Once i eventually got my food I went home to find a chicken burger with brown lettuce"
