What a dissapointment McDonald's Protea Glen Mall

Good day

I must state that I'm very disappointed with the service received at McDonald's Protea Glen mall.

The cashier I ordered from was extremely professional but when I got to the collection point that's where the problem came from.

The lady who gave me my order didn't even bother checking if everything was inside the pack. I had to ask her for straws, ketchup. No sald added to fries Ice cream is given without servietts and I just wondered if I must really be asking for such.

Got home and gave my child his happy meal, and the disappointment on his face :-( when he realised that the toy was not inside the box...

MCDONALD'S are you telling us that we much check each and every order before leaving the drive through or the counter.

I'm really disappointed with this and I told the lady when I called that they better make a plan that my child gets that toy.
