What a bunch of lazy, rude idiots

On Sat morning, 28th Feb I decided to go to Macdonalds at the top end of Long street, Cape Town to buy something to eat before I started work. I was with 5 of my friends who were all also hungry. Well I must have stood at the counter for almost 10min and not one of the staff even acknowledged me. There must have been about 10 staff doing their own thing while I was waiting to be served. Eventually I felt so annoyed I had to say out loud, \Is someone going to serve me?"and shockingly they just looked at me and started speaking in Xhosa to each other and laughing at me. So I again asked out aloud that someone please assist me so one of the staff came to the till looking like she was at a funeral. I asked her why I had to stand at the counter for so long without assistance and she just looked at me and did not answer my question. I placed the order which came to more than R200. While waiting for the order I noticed some other customers waiting and I spoke to them and they also had an issue with the staff. If I didnt pay for my order up front"
