We were Sworn at!!

My cycling group stopped at MCD, Rosmead Avenue, Cape Town, WC.. We questioned why there is no water in the shop to serve us coffee or soft drinks,obviously being fully aware of water restrictions, but all the toilets have water..The Manager ten got irate with us and started, screaming, swearing and then she proceeded to slam her office door in our faces..Theh rest of the staff then started to ignore us and refused to serve us..We asked questions in a polite manner, is this how MCD trains their Managers??Wow! This incident will not just fall by the way side..Enough is Enough, we have over looked MCD bad service and attitude for too long.
