We got left to die of hunger

I ordered our food on the Mcdelivery app at 17:45. The order went through as per normal and it showed delivery would take place between 19:10 and 19:25. By 19:35 nothing had arrived and by then we were all starved to death. I phoned the 086 number and had to hold for almost 10 minutes. Then eventually I spoke to a lady who said she will try and phone the store, so I had to hold for another 10 minutes, then she said she cannot get a hold of them and she will phone me back. By 8pm some of us had to drive all the way to kfc so we would not die of hunger. At about 20:15 the driver from McDonald's suddenly made his appearance. Two and a half hours after ordering, and with the call centre lady never having phoned me back. We told him to take it back because it is now useless to us. So long McDonald's, you won't ever get our business again. Nice knowing you. Not.
