We go to MacDonald for convenience

Good Day <br> <br> I was just at MacDonald to buy lunch , it took 20 mins to get just a quarter ponder . the lady in front of me am sure wanted longer for her kids and her meal . AS well . The store was not busy at all for this kind of wait . The cashier had to remind duty manager of my order . I find this unacceptable . If the store was too busy it would have been acceptable . But in this case , i was very disturbed by the amount of confusion with so little order .<br> My chips were half and packed untidy . Note we come to MacDonald for convenience , if we had the luxury of time we would go sit somewhere and have lunch . Hope this service improves
