We all scream

Today for the umpteenth time we went to MacDonolds Hartbee****rt and their icecream machine does not work. It is eather under maintanance or out of order. This will then continue as an excuse for months on end. There is NO sign at the entrance of the drive through that there is no icecream available and as a result you have to wait in line for how long just to hear that you order can not be filled. Then there is no manager to whom you can raise the issue with. This is totally unacceptable as this has been the case of and on for a few years now.
