Wasting my time and Pathetic Customer Service

Ive been waiting at McDonald for nearly an hour and half at this branch being completely ignored. Every person working here tells me they are closed after they served everyone in this drive through.

Now they giving attitude when I ask when I will be served .after this poor attitude followed being ignored.

Zizipo is a working working for this place speaking to her colleagues and badmouthing me in xhosa not knowing that we have a xhosa speaker in the vehicle that understands everything she saying.

I'm done with mcdonalds!!You should be ashamed for hiring such unprofessional ride staff!
