Wasting airtime

I wanted to place an order for delivery... firstly u go on google type in McDonald's delivery... then they give u the stores no. Closest to u... then u phone then they say no u have to phone the 086 no. ... then u phone again then the greeting takes 5 min. Eventually u get thru then u have to set u a profile... understandable... but they can't hear u... u have to repeat urself over and over. Ok after struggling thru the whole process... they tell me that unfortunately the branch closest to me is having technical difficulties... and they can't help me ... so now surly after that whole annoying process they should be able to make a plan and not just offer an excuse... I think it's the poorest system and the call u place should be a share call... I wasted R50 in airtime on this annoying process... just to not have any McDonald's or any options...so no food no airtime ... thank you very much will be telling everyone not to use this service ... just really brighted up my day
