wasted time

On 15th Jan 2018 I registered as a new customer via the phone, for the McDelivery service. I gave the lady my name, tel number and address as she requested and proceeded to place my order. After she taken my order down (2 big Mac meals with coke) she tells me that Newcastle branch is offline and not taking orders. She never offered to call them and manually place the order for me or any attempt. I phoned the Newcastle branch again and the manager was happy to help me place the order to deliver but when I started enquiring prices I got stuttered ehs and i thinks. I promptly cancelled and said I would contact steers, where the service was just as bad. Eventually after much wasted airtime and patience I ordered pizza from dominos and received the best service ever.
