Waste of a time only to get a wrong order

I am disgustingly appauled at the service I received at this McDonald's branch, McDonald's Amanzitoti. From having the person taking my order busy giggling and having me repeat myself 3 times to waiting about 45 minutes to an hour waiting for my order to receiving it and it having the order incorrect. The fact that when I spoke to the supervisor on duty and her audacity to tell me that the items on the slip were what I ordered and not even apologizing as this was a clear error on their end.
