Warning to Mc Donalds Customers

On 01 June 2018 I drove into Mc Donalds Ballito to order at 01:00a.m. and was advised to park in the car park and wait. When I tried to drive out of the car park, my vehicle was immobile and on inspection noticed 3 tryres had been slashed with a sharp instrument. I had to abandon my vehicle as it was not driveable. On repairing the damages, the following day, I took the vehicle to a Tyre Outlet who confirmed the 3 tyres needed replacing due to the sharp instrument damage. I approached Mc Donalds Management who were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. My concern is our children frequent this establishment and their safety is questionable as Mc Donalds take NO accountablility or repsonsiblility for the incident. I will continue to discourage patrons to support this Group as they do not care for the customers safety or well being. I am bitterly dissapointed at the manner in which they addressed this matter.
