want what i paid for!!!

I ask for double cheese burger im told no...you can have double quarter pounder. I explain i dont want that and then ask for mcdouble as every freakin mcdonalds does their own thing with what they want to call their double cheese burger. NO consistancy !!! I then explain that i dont want bbq sauce i want a regular mcdouble with ketchup.... after sitting in the longest line ever i confirm my order and the sauce before paying at the window.... i get my food eventually and there is NO sauce at all.... i am done with mcdonalds i will drive to burger king and get what i actually order and pay for Why on gods green earth can i NOT just get a double cheese burger??!!!
