Want cold food?? Order McDonald’s!! Incomplete order as well

Was looking forward to spoil my granddaughter with her favorite take out, McDonald’s however when we received the food it was cold, incomplete and very disappointing. The extra fries ordered was not in the bag. The size of the meals were small/medium and the sodas tasted like Oros or something. No soft drink like Coke or Fanta. We are still trying to determine what flavor it is supposed to be. The entire meal was cold . When the driver opened the door I noticed that the lid of the container was not on so thought that keeping the food warm would be a challenge!! Not like the bags mr delivery is using. Totally disgusted!!
