Want answers

McDonald's Westgate mall, wait 1 hour for 6 small cheese burger ?, only to get it cold, we send it back and they forget about us and give the same burgers back... Seriously every time we give them the benefit of the doubt and they disappoint they place our food upsidedown in pkts or serve old food .
