Walmer Park 17th Avenue, McDonalds bad Service.

Purchased a Jalapeño McWrap and the biggest nuggests were over cooked and unchewable, the wrap was soft and not toasted and the was so much cabbage with little mayonnaise on it - even when I waited for over 45 minutes for my order. I wrote them and sent them pictures aswell, all they said was “sorry, we need your money”. Found that very disturbing and disappointing, because after they said that and even when I told them it wasn’t the first time I got this, “Tumi” the lady I spoke to over the phone said, “sorry, it’s poor services and we will try improve this”. Now my issue is that it’s not the first time I got this type of service and that I’m quite disappointed cause that is the nearest McDonald’s to my home, it’s a 5 minute drive. I’m now forced other McDonald’s, that is 15 mins away from me just because my encounter with my nearest McDonald’s keeps giving bad service and food I can’t eat. I also got a call today from another one of their workers called Nolu (or something along those lines) telling me that there was nothing wrong with my meal, according to my pictures and that I was supposed to take it back to their store if I had an issue.
