WAKE UP MCDONALD'S

To whom this may concern

My hubby and I love Mcdonald's food and eat there quit often, After last night we do not feel to positive about the place anymore as we have had the same negative and unexceptable service before.

My hubby ordered a foldover meal and asked for extra sous as he always does. After waiting 34minutes for our food (there where only two cars in the drive threw) As we drove home we started eating some of the fries that where so cold and hard that we put it back in the packet. When we got home ready to eat the rest of the meal.. There was NO sous on the foldover it was so dry... And this is the second time this has happened to us.,and we always have a problem with the Mcdonald's at Linton Grange Orders are late most of the times Orders are incorrect Staff never smile/are friendly Food is cold

I would really appreciate it if management can please see into this as it is big problem.
