Waiting time

Hi I just experienced a horrible service at Mc Donald’s Pinetown drive thru. I ordered breakfast which was 1*oats, 1* breakfast wrap + juice at 07:15:30 as per the till slip and I was asked to go park in the parking lot as my order is being prepared . At exactly 07:30 my partner jumped out of the car to go and check on our order as time was running out. She found the order placed on the counter unattended. This service is unacceptable and unjustifiable. Please address the matter.
