Waiting period.

I understand that McDonald’s have francises all over the world because of property ownership reasons, but if you want to run a fast food franchise in must be up to standards. Normal time to wait for food at any place is 15min. I waited 40min at McDonald’s Retail Crossing in Struben Valley. Love the food but not the service.
