Waiting over 40 mins for take away order.

Visited McDonald's Kolonnade yesterday, ordered 2x Nazo meals, 1x Happy meal and 2x snack wraps for take away, waited over 40 mins for my order. There is no sense of urgency and friendliness from the staff. This is the 5th time I'm complaining about the waiting time for their "eat in" and "take away" orders, it seems like they only focus on drive through orders. When I asked to speak to a manager, I waited for another 5 minutes, and couldn't wait any longer... This type of service is unacceptable, waisting clients time for an order that should not take that long.
