Waiting over 1 hour to order in a drive through and being refused to use the bathroom while waiting

Went to McDonald’s Colombine at 22:30 waited over 1 hour in the drive through and didn’t even play my order yet. Needed to used the bathroom at around 23:40 while still waiting to order asked the 2 security guards and manager could I please use the bathroom as I’ve been waiting over 1 hour in the drive through. I was refused and told “to go us the bushes outside”. Very disappointing service considering I spend almost R500 every day at this branch. The manager on duty mapule doesn’t care for her customers. I will not be buying from McDonald’s again they’ve lost a customer
